Position Summary:

The Sales & Customer Coordinator is a pivotal role responsible for providing exceptional support in customer service and sales coordination activities. The successful candidate will have a background in medical devices or a related industry, with experience in sales support roles, regulatory compliance, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities:

Support all customer service and sales activities, optimizing procedures and prioritizing directives to meet deadlines.
Process and expedite quotes, sales orders, and invoices; provide solutions to customers, distributors, and the sales team.
Interpret and generate sales reports from the company's ERP and CRM systems; update spreadsheets with relevant information.
Maintain a strong knowledge of the company's products and services to offer optimal support to internal and external customers.
Attend and lead effective meetings and training sessions as required.
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams, including sales, accounting, and operations, to achieve exceptional results.
Resolve product complaints and issues by adhering to internal processes.
Ensure customer satisfaction with products and services; escalate queries and concerns as needed.
Contribute to the achievement of the company's strategic and operational objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree with at least 1 year of work-related experience
Experience in the medical device, or health care industries is required
MUST HAVE RMA EXPERIENCE
MUST UNDERSTAND REGULATORY COMPLIANCE
Need to understand ISO/OSHA
Proficient in inventory control, movement, and distribution management.
Knowledge of Medical Device Regulations (FDA and CE), Quality Management Systems (ISO), and Quality Assurance.
Strong technical skills; intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, TEAMS, Zoom, DocuSign, and Adobe Acrobat.
Experience with QuickBooks, CRM, and ERP Systems.
Excellent written and oral communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
Strong negotiation and mediation skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, with good analytical skills and business judgment.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle high-pressure situations, and manage conflict with composure.
Customer and employee-focused with excellent interpersonal skills.
