- Understand and address both business and technical questions, providing a consultative sales approach.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective territory management and strategic planning.
- Provide feedback from the field to product development teams to help shape future innovations.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in medical device sales, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of hospital procurement processes and surgical operations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a technical audience.
- Ability to travel within your territory.
