Medical Device Sales Representative

We have an immediate opening for a Sales Representative with a medical supply company carrying DME, orthopedic soft goods, and compression product lines. This role will focus on generating product referrals for their compression and cold therapy products.

Compensation Profile:

Base: $70,000 - $80,000

Commissions: $60K at plan (10% of collectible revenue, paid monthly)

Total Comp: $130K - $140K OTE; top reps make $200K+

Guaranteed bonus first three months

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 2+ years of outside sales experience; medical sales experience, specifically in wound care or selling a competitive compression pump/garment, is preferred.
• Must possess a strong documented history of success in past sales positions.
