As an Inside Sales Representative specializing in refurbished medical devices, you will play a crucial role in managing foot traffic, processing orders, engaging with customers via phone and in person, and assisting with online sales activities. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around providing excellent customer service, understanding customer needs, and facilitating the acquisition of refurbished medical equipment for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers who visit our showroom or facility.
  • Provide product demonstrations and answer inquiries about refurbished medical devices.
  • Guide customers through the purchasing process, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
  • Receive and process orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales transactions, including customer information, product details, and payment processing.
  • Assist customers with online orders, including navigating our website, troubleshooting issues, and processing online payments.
  • Collaborate with the online sales team to optimize the customer experience and drive sales through digital channels.
  • Stay updated on the features, specifications, and benefits of our refurbished medical devices.
  • Conduct product training sessions for customers and colleagues as needed, ensuring everyone is well-informed about our offerings.
  • Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to acquire necessary equipment for customer orders.
  • Coordinate logistics, including shipping, tracking, and delivery schedules to meet customer timelines.

Bonus Skills

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the medical device or healthcare industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both in-person and over the phone.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with online sales platforms and order processing systems.
  • Knowledge of medical equipment terminology and specifications is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in order processing and record-keeping.
