Patient Coordinator - Medical Hospitality Program
Qualifications
- Must have ability to work in a demanding and fast-paced environment with high-profile patients/clients.
- Demonstrable experience with assisting both executive and donor health clientele/patients required.
- Skill in working independently and following through on assignments with minimal direction.
- Must have demonstrable and exemplary verbal, electronic, and telephonic communication skills.
- Ability to represent UCLA in a positive, professional manner and to follow the practice guidelines in maintaining MHP’s presence and reputation within the Medical Enterprise.
- Skill in assessment of customer satisfaction, with multiple metrics.
