An exceptional Medical Device company is looking for an Outside Sales Representative to join their talented sales team. As a vital member of our organization, you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by promoting and selling their exciting medical device to hospitals and surgeons within your designated territory.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share within the assigned territory.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including hospital administrators, surgeons, and healthcare professionals.
Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and workshops to highlight the benefits and features of our medical device.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to provide market feedback, identify customer needs, and contribute to the development of marketing strategies.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to effectively position our medical device in the market.
Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to network, build relationships, and generate leads.

Qualifications

Experience working with surgeons, specifically within Hernia
Proven track record of success in medical device sales, specifically in selling to hospitals and surgeons.
In-depth understanding of the local market and strong connections within the healthcare industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine and personable approach.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
