Job description

RevCycle Synergy, headquartered in Houston, Texas, is looking for a marketing specialist to develop and implement effective plans. Manage all aspects of the company’s marketing strategy, and seeking out, establishing and maintaining positive relationships with clients and referral sources.

Pay: 100% commission based. Pay is 10% of revenue from each client signed for the duration of the entire contract. 1099 Employee.

Role and Responsibilities

Performs market research and monitors industry trends to identify emerging markets and develops plans to expand revenue in potential markets, and follows through with plan action items
Research, monitor, and track potential providers with the goal of making appointments, and meeting with parties responsible for their medical billing contract prior to a solicitation
Identify and qualify prospects by telephone, cold call premise visits, and significant networking efforts.
Develop proposals and conduct sales presentations for prospective customers.
Develop relationships with prospects to maximize chances of closing the deal.
Build relationships with providers in territory of choice. This will include the states anywhere in the U.S.

Skills to be Effective

Advanced knowledge of Medical Billing
Excellent customer relations and interpersonal skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, that includes the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from small and large groups.
Proven track record of closing deals.
Experience scheduling appointments and meeting with high-level decision makers.
A minimum of 2 years successful outside sales experience with documented annual achievement
A minimum of 2 years Medical Billing experience OR Medical Office Management experience
Self-motivated, analytical individual with a high business acumen

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Salary: Up to $60,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
