Medical Aesthetics Sales Consultant

The Medical Sales Consultant is responsible for representing the medical skincare brands and promoting the product portfolio to targeted aesthetic customers (dermatologists, Medical Spas and Plastic surgeons) within the Dallas-Fort Worth territory.


Compensation: Base Salary + Monthly Commission = OTE 175K (uncapped)

Responsibilities

  • Actively promote and sell Aesthetics solutions to medical professionals, including dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and medical spas, in the territory.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets
  • Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features, benefits, and value proposition of the medical line
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities by effectively prospecting, qualifying leads, and initiating follow-ups.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including clinical and customer support, to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and prompt issue resolution
  • Develop and sustain robust relationships with clinical physicians and administrative personnel.
  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and targets within the designated territory


Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in aesthetic sales
  • Strong sales aptitude with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage and build rapport with customers.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and persistent in pursuing sales opportunities while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively, while also fostering collaboration within the team.
  • Prior experience in selling to medical professionals, such as dermatologists and plastic surgeons, is highly advantageous.
  • Willingness to travel within areas of the territory as required.
  • Must live in Dallas - Ft Worth Territory
