Job Description:
We are on the hunt for a self-starter sales rockstar to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a motivated and competitive spirit that seeks a career where high performers will be financially rewarded. Your primary responsibility will be driving IVIG sales in the home or infusion suite settings, as well as other rare disease specialty infusion opportunities within your assigned territory. Ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial and thrive in a fast-paced and independent environment. This is a field-based position, and candidates must live within the assigned territory or its surrounding area.
The primary call points will be neurology, immunology, gastroenterology, rheumatology as well as a handful of other specialties. Collaborating and facilitating cooperation amongst internal and external stakeholders will be a key to success. Key decision makers include: Physicians and mid-level prescribers, referral coordinators, nurses, social workers, case managers, physician office support staff, pharmacists, IDNs, health systems, payers, and patient foundations/organizations. Must be comfortable calling on customers at all levels including Senior Leadership and C-suite.
Responsibilities:
Create and execute a targeted territory sales plan. Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals (short term) and business development initiatives (medium to long term). Help leadership with territory planning and forecasting. Work independently and escalate any problems as needed to the pharmacy and/or leadership. Document all interactions in CPR+ or CRM as appropriate. Attend patient foundation events and other projects as needed.
Experience:
IVIG infusion sales experience or 3+ years of healthcare sales experience is preferred but not required. Other outside sales experience with an established track record of success will also be considered.
Qualifications:
· Excellent interpersonal and sales skills
· Ability to work independently and adhere to any documentation requirements for work performed.
· Demonstrated verbal and written communication, negotiation, sales, interpersonal and presentation skills
· Knowledge of frequently used computer programs and relevant applications.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
· Ability to travel up to 40% of the time, sometimes with short notice
· Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with customers, physicians, practice administrators, medical groups, and other sales representatives
· Willingness to actively seek out new sales opportunities
· Valid Driver’s License
· Occasional work outside normal business hours.

Pay:
- Salary commensurate with experience + an uncapped commission structure.
