For Next Science to be the market leader in the development and commercialization of pioneering, proprietary technologies to address the problem of biofilms, we are looking for Area Sales Directors to support our sales team. The ASD will display a commitment to deliver these solutions and quality-of-life improvements to clinicians and their patients through education and consultation while maintaining the highest standards of professional integrity within the industry.
Responsibilities
- Deliver annual target revenue goals for the company by various means.
- Develop and establish Next Science technology and products in assigned geography across multiple specialties.
- Manage sales activities of current distributor network- to include strategy meetings, travel, training, and key customer meetings
- Work with VP Sales to set Performance Metrics for all distributors and manage to these metrics
- Experience with skin substitutes and/or other reimbursed wound care products, Long Term Care and Wound Care facilities.
- Identify new distributors and/or 1099’s who can add value to the team
- Manage pricing for all accounts within area
- Establish necessary account coverage to gain growth throughout all specialties within account
- Manage relationships with KOL’s, key customers, health systems and IDN’s within area
- Identify opportunities for growth and support with local and regional society and industry meetings
- Act as Sales liaison for clinical studies within area
- Attend local and national trade shows as required
- Maintain consistent communication with corporate marketing and training
- A entrepreneurial mindset is key to get the ground running.

Qualifications
- Four-year degree required
- Extensive US sales experience in medical, biotech, and/or device
- Track record of successfully delivering sales and demonstrating growth
