About the Role: As a Full-Time Sales Representative for Sudoscan Inc, you will play a
pivotal role in driving our business development efforts in the United States. Your primary
responsibilities will include generating sales, establishing new partnerships, and managing
marketing activities to foster the growth of Sudoscan in the US market. You will report
directly to the US Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Identify and engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions
- Analyze market trends and challenges, adapting the commercial strategy to each region's specific requirements
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to final negotiations and contract agreements
- Monitor and enhance the performance of the distribution network to drive sales growth
- Collaborate with the Planning and Finance teams to develop accurate sales forecasts
- Resolve operational issues to ensure long-term partnerships and uphold commitments
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, hospitals, and doctors
- Motivate and support the distributor's local sales force to achieve sales targets
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in the medical or health device industry
- Excellent critical thinking, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Passionate about the potential of technology in the healthcare industry
- Ability to interact effectively with various customer types, including distributors,
- physicians, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and purchasing teams
- Strong work ethic and ability to collaborate with diverse global teams
- Open-minded individual with multiple language proficiency and prior international experience is a plus
- Good judgment and independent decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel for analyzing data and generating reports
- Understanding of sales performance metrics and ability to leverage them for business growth
