About the role:
We’re looking for a successful Sales Representative to join our dynamic team, where you'll play a pivotal role in establishing new accounts, working with hospitals to further develop our product line. Your expertise will be instrumental in helping professionals deliver exceptional care to their patients.
Who you are / What you bring:
You are someone who takes extreme ownership, has a great desire to build a successful sales career, can plan and execute on proven sales techniques, is a great communicator both written and verbal, and is a self-motivated person, as you will be operating individually the majority of your time.
Responsibilities:
- Establishing and developing relationships with prospects, and recommending product solutions through, phone calls, emails and occasional visits.
- Identifying business opportunities in assigned territories.
- Building relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
- Being accountable for selling, planning, organizing, and implementing account management activities.
- Maintaining quality service by following organization policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- 3 years of Proven experience in Hospital Sales for disposable or durable medical equipment.
- Technical competence including the ability to learn new software and systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- 1+ years of CRM experience (any).
- Ability to prioritize and follow up on leads.
Job Type:
Full-time, Inside Sales (Remote or in-house depending on preference/location)
