Territory Sales Representative – Medical

Salary: Base salary: $70K-$75K $1K/month guaranteed commission for first 6 months First year OTE average: $90k-$100k Car allowance
Job Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced sales representative to be responsible for sales activity and to be able to maximize revenue potential in key accounts within the Bay Area.
Job Responsibilities: Assess opportunities and threats in the territory Qualifies and quantifies the current and potential revenue/referral volume in each account (number of current patients, number of potential patients, reimbursement mix in the account, focus product group sales potential) Plans and implements weekly sales activities and account sales strategies in the bi-annual business plan Follows Monthly Call Ratio plan as agreed with Regional Director, and makes minimum monthly sales calls as described in the plan Meets new business quotas and resolves customer service issues in accounts Presents contracts in targeted accounts using corporate pricing strategies Maintains contracts in sales location to maximize revenue in key accounts Report account activity weekly using Sales Management Software Schedules weekly sales activities in Sales Force by Monday of current week Demonstrates products and services at in-services in key accounts and trade shows Participates in company meetings and training programs Submits weekly expense reports to Regional Director Submit month end report to Area Manager by 5th working day of the month outlining key activities from the previous month, changes in competitive landscape, and status of Business Plan deliverables. Miscellaneous projects as assigned by manager
Qualifications: Bachelors degree preferred Minimum of three years sales experience with a proven track record of sales achievement Proven track record of developing new accounts Ability to sell a service as well as promoting product lines Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills Computer literate
