Field Sales Consultant

The Field Sales Consultant is responsible for completing various functions in order to complete a sale from the homeowner. These sales are conducted at the customer’s home. The main objective of the Sales Person is to sell WindowRama products and the installation of said product and to ensure the accuracy of all paperwork submitted and to maintain a high quality of customer service.

Essential Job Functions:

• Visiting the homes of our customers to sell our product line of windows, doors, and skylights as well as the installation of those products
• Follow up on all generated leads
• Schedule appointments to conduct in-home inspections to identify needs of the customer
• Travel throughout market area meeting with customers
• Measure windows and doors to collect accurate sizes for orders
• Enter all sales orders into our CRM
• Build and establish trusting relationships between our customers and WindowRama
• Ensure each customer receives exceptional service
• Participate in ongoing sales and product training
• Ability to negotiate contracts and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

Required Education and Experience:

• 2-3 years of previous sales or industry experience
• Extensive product knowledge
• Ability to work well under pressure and achieve results
• Must have a valid driver’s license and carry required level of automobile insurance
• Ability to work flexible hours including some Saturdays, nights, and weekends
• Must be able to work 100% remote and have reliable transportation to and from appointments
