A Day in the Life

Medtronic is seeking a dynamic and motivated Remote Inside Sales Representative to join our Cardiovascular Portfolio. This role is ideal for a results-driven sales professional with a passion for improving patient outcomes through innovative medical technologies. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving sales growth and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory, leveraging remote communication methods.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships through effective account management and exceptional customer service, primarily using email, phone calls, video messaging, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share and drive revenue growth through remote engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide tailored solutions that meet customer needs and enhance patient care.
  • Utilize CRM tools to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and analyze performance metrics.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position Medtronic's Cardiovascular Portfolio products.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to healthcare professionals and decision-makers using virtual communication platforms.

Must Have:

  • Requires deep knowledge of job area typically obtained through education combined with extensive sales experience.
  • Requires a Baccalaureate degree and minimum of 7 years of relevant experience and expert level knowledge of company products and services.

Nice to Have:

  • Remote sales experience in the healthcare or medical field.
  • Knowledge of cardiovascular products and procedures is advantageous.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas, demonstrating strong sales performance.
  • Experience in account management, with a focus on building and nurturing customer relationships.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage customer data and sales activities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting, demonstrating self-motivation and strong organizational skills.

Salary ranges for U.S (excl. PR) locations (USD):$65,00.00 - $100,500.00

In addition to Base Salary, this position is eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP), which provides the opportunity to earn significant incentive compensation for achieving or exceeding your goals.
