Position Overview:

We are seeking a strategic Vice President of Sales to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in physician-dispensed skincare or injectables and have a solid network within the industry. This role requires a high-integrity leader capable of driving results and inspiring loyalty. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Vice President of Sales will oversee our top revenue-generating category and present at monthly board meetings on performance, metrics, and strategy.

Support Structure:

This role is supported by direct reports, including the National Sales Director and National Education Manager. Our marketing department provides robust promotional support and data analytics, complemented by an advanced CRM system backed by a dedicated development team and integrated business intelligence tools..

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet corporate objectives.
Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence.
Build and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders, including physicians and high-value accounts.
Identify new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales and promotional materials.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.

Minimum 3 years of management experience in physician-dispensed skincare or injectables.
